Careful observation of the patients is essential. Sometimes it causes anaphylaxis, erythema multiforme, toxic epidermal necrolysis, fever, abdominal pain, super infection, renal dysfunction, toxic nephropathy, hepatic dysfunction including cholestasis, aplastic anemia, hemolytic anemia, and hemorrhage.
