Return & Refund Policy
Return Window
We offer a 48-hour return policy, which means you have 2 days from the date of delivery to request a return, provided the following conditions are met:

A valid proof of purchase (original receipt or invoice) is presented.

The product is in its original condition with undamaged packaging.

The item is unused and in re-saleable condition.

All tags and seals are intact, where applicable.
Please note: Returns will not be accepted if any of the above conditions are not met.
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances:

Inhalers & Sprays

How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at lyfe@lyfe.com.pk with your order details.
Once your return request is approved, you will receive:

A return shipping label
-
Instructions on how and where to send your item
Returns must be sent to:
Shop #1, Plot #182, CP & Berar Society, Sallah ud Din Ghazi Road, Dhoraji, Karachi, Pakistan
Important: Do not send items back without prior approval. Unsolicited returns will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at lyfe@lyfe.com.pk so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Exceptions
The following cannot be returned:

Perishable items (e.g., food, plants, flowers)

Personalized or custom-made products

Personal care or beauty items

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges
To exchange an item, you must first complete a return. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order separately for the desired product.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to reflect the refund.
If it has been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at lyfe@lyfe.com.pk
