Cobolmin 500 mcg is typically prescribed for:

Megaloblastic anemia caused by vitamin B₁₂ deficiency (such as pernicious anemia).

💉 Dose & Administration

Induction Phase: Typically, 1 ampoule via IM or IV injection 3 times per week.
