SUGGESTED USE (How to Use It)

  1. Plug in the pad and select your desired heat level (low, medium, or high).

  2. Use for 15–30 minutes per session, up to 2–3 times per day.

  3. For moist heat:

    • Lightly dampen the included sponge and insert it between the heating pad and cover.

  4. Place the pad over the affected area (e.g., back, neck, abdomen).

  5. The pad will automatically shut off after 90 minutes for safety.

Use only on dry, intact skin. Never sleep with it turned on.
