Inosita Plus XR 50/500mg Tablet is a combination anti‑diabetic medication containing Sitagliptin (50 mg) and Metformin Hydrochloride Extended‑Release (500 mg), used to help control elevated blood glucose levels in adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
