Inspirol 100mcg Inhaler is a short‑acting bronchodilator containing Salbutamol (Albuterol), a beta‑2 agonist used to provide rapid relief from asthma attacks and bronchospasm. It works by relaxing the smooth muscles of the airways, helping to open the lungs and make breathing easier during episodes of wheezing, coughing, chest tightness, or shortness of breath caused by asthma, chronic bronchitis, COPD, and other obstructive airway conditions.
