LAMITOR 100mg Tablet contains Lamotrigine, an anticonvulsant medicine used to help control certain types of seizures associated with epilepsy. It is also prescribed in some patients for the maintenance treatment of bipolar disorder to help prevent depressive episodes. LAMITOR should be used only under medical supervision.

Tell your doctor about all medicines you take, particularly other anti-epileptic medicines and hormonal contraceptives, as they may affect lamotrigine levels or effectiveness.
If you miss a dose, follow your doctor's or pharmacist's instructions rather than taking an extra dose. Seek medical advice if you develop any unexplained rash or significant change in mood or behaviour.
