LUMARK 250MG TAB

Description

Lumark 250 mg Tablet contains (Levetiracetam), a medicine used to control and prevent seizures in patients with epilepsy. It helps stabilize abnormal electrical activity in the brain and is often used when a lower or adjustable dose is required, especially during dose initiation or titration.

Uses

• Treatment of epilepsy

• Partial (focal) seizures

• Generalized tonic-clonic seizures

• Myoclonic seizures

• Used alone or with other antiepileptic medicines.

Dosage (General Information)

• Often used as a starting dose or dose adjustment

• Typical regimen: 250–500 mg twice daily, as prescribed

• Dose depends on age, condition, and kidney function

Side Effects

Common:

• Drowsiness

• Dizziness

• Weakness or fatigue

• Headache

• Mood or behavior changes

Rare but serious:

• Depression

• Aggressive behavior
