Description

Lumark 500 mg Tablet contains Levetiracetam, an antiepileptic medicine used to control and prevent seizures. It works by stabilizing abnormal electrical activity in the brain, helping patients with epilepsy live a more controlled and seizure-free life.

Uses

• Treatment of epilepsy

• Partial (focal) seizures

• Generalized tonic-clonic seizures

• Myoclonic seizures

• Used alone or in combination with other antiepileptic medicines

Dosage (General Information)

• Common adult dose: 500 mg twice daily

• Dose may be increased or adjusted by the doctor

• Take regularly at the same time each day

•  Always follow your doctor’s prescription

Side Effects

Common:

• Drowsiness

• Dizziness

• Fatigue

• Headache

• Irritability or mood changes

Rare but serious:

• Behavioral changes
