🧪 Dosage & Administration

• Starting dose: often 300 mg once daily, gradually increased (commonly to 600 mg three times daily depending on indication) 

• Administration: usually taken with or without food, at the same times each day.

• Taper off gradually to avoid withdrawal risk or seizure recurrence; do not stop abruptly
