Used alongside diet and exercise to lower blood sugar in adults with type 2 diabetes.

Dosage & Administration

Strength: Sitagliptin 50 mg per film-coated tablet.

Typical dosage: One tablet daily, though some manufacturers suggest up to twice daily infrequently.

Usual dose range: 50 mg once daily, with max 100 mg/day depending on health conditions (e.g. kidney function)
